Q: Are your team vaccinated?
A: Yes, we are fully vaccinated, and we will get our third shot once it’s available.
Q: Can you provide live stream service when there is no power outlet available as we get married in a park?
A: Yes, we have invested in a portable battery power station to run our live stream equipment for up to 3 hours.
Q: When will you arrive at the venue to set up?
A: We will arrive at the venue at least an hour before the booking time to set up the broadcast with professional cameras and wireless mics.
Q: How will you connect to the internet on location?
A: We will be bonding our LTE data with the location’s WiFi for a stable, redundant internet connection.
Q: What will the additional videographers do?
A: With three videographers, we can have a mobile camera on a gimbal, offering a more cinematic approach and capturing guests’ expressions.
Q: Is it possible to have more than 4 mics? We have more than four people speaking, and we are not supposed to share mics.
A: Yes, additional mics are available for an additional fee.
Q: How much is the Zoom subscription fee?
A: It is $20 for up to 100 participants, an additional $67 for up to 500 participants, and $120 for up to 1000 participants.
